Group Training
This is the time of year where most people set some sort of fitness goal for themselves (hello New Year’s resolutions!!) For those of us who work out consistently, and even those that don’t, going to the gym this time of year can be a nightmare. We can have the best intentions at heart, but when we get there, it can at times be virtually impossible to find a machine to use or get a spot in a class. If we are able to get that spot, it is crammed in the midst of 50 other sweaty people trying to avoid smacking each other in the face while doing the workout. Am I right?? With this in mind, I have come up with an idea that may help you with this problem.
I currently teach bootcamp classes and have taught Spin, kickboxing, and body pump classes in the past. I have certifications and the knowledge and ability to lead group exercises classes, but I personally prefer they be small in size so I can watch each person. I do not do the workout with the class… rather, I teach, demonstrate, and educate you on proper form and technique for each exercise so you can get the most out of it and avoid injury. I push each person to their physical limits so you will get fast results in a safe and effective environment.
If you and a group of 5-10 of your friends would be interested in doing a small group class (i.e. bootcamp, core conditioning, SET, etc…) I will come to the location of your choice and at the time of your choice to teach the class. You’ll be given much more individual attention and will in turn see and feel faster and greater results.
Classes of 5-9 people will be $10 a person per class, and classes 10-15 will be $8 a class. Class days and times will be set and scheduled with the group for the calendar month and will be prepaid.
If you refer 3 friends who sign up for a month of classes with you, you will get your month’s classes for FREE!
These are results based classes… I will push you so that you see great results, and doing them with your friends is fun, motivating, and a great level of accountability! So if you have friends, family, or co-workers that would be interested, gather them up, pick a time, and we’ll plan the dates. Make sure one of you has a room, basement, garage, etc that has enough space to accommodate the class, or if you’re brave enough we can do it outside.
