BOOTCAMP CLASSES
WHAT:
An hour long class consisting of cardio drills, functional full-body exercises, and flexibility training that results in maximum calorie expenditure and fast strength, endurance, agility, and overall conditioning improvements. Modifications to everything will be shown to accommodate for all fitness levels. Bottom line – if you consistently attend these classes, you will quickly see and feel dramatic results. Class sizes are kept small so you receive personal attention to make sure you use proper form and are pushed to perform your best.

Pacific Community Park on the corner of 18th St. and 172nd Ave. (next to the dog park)

Cost:
$100+tax for an all month pass (10 classes), $96+tax for a 8 class flex-pass, or $15 drop-ins. Come try your first class for free! (Please note that cost is based on total number of classes and may change from month to month)
PROMOTIONS:
If you refer a friend who signs up for a month pass, you receive a $20 credit toward your next month’s classes! If they sign up for a flex pass, you receive a $10 credit!
