About Me

MY PHILOSOPHY:

If you are a person who has struggled with your nutrition (eating too much, not knowing what to eat, confused on how to properly count calories), has been going to the gym but isn’t seeing any change in your body, or just can’t find the time to make it into the gym at all, it may be time to have a customized program designed for you.  I have found that people with serious fitness goals who are passionate about reaching them need a plan to truly be successful, and the motivation and accountability to stick to that plan long term. We each have a variety of obstacles to overcome in order to successfully reach our fitness goals and it is my job to design a program for you to work through those difficulties, make your desired progress, and learn how to maintain it.  People have very hectic, busy lives and have a hard time learning how to incorporate the factors of a healthy lifestyle into them… planning and preparing nutritious meals and/or fitting in cardiovascular and strength training exercises and stretching.   How can you incorporate those things into your schedule successfully so you can see the results you desire?   My job is to design a nutrition and exercise plan based on healthy choices, moderation, and fun and efficient exercise that can be a permanent part of your life to ensure long-term success.
